THE EASY 4 STEP PROCESS

STEP 2: UNDERWRITING REVIEW
We review the details of your request and confirm your pending transaction with the settlement company closing the sale.
STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR CONTRACT AND DOCUMENTS, THEN SIGN ONLINE
Once approved, we will email you and your broker agreement which you can easily sign online.
STEP 4: FUNDING
Funding of up to 80% of your commission directly to your bank account. From start to finish, the process typically takes 1 business day.
